Delete your Downfare account
The quickest option is in the Downfare app: open Account → Privacy & account → Delete account. You can also send a deletion request below.
What we delete
Your profile, login identities, saved travelers, preferences, searches, wishlists, saved payment methods, and other personal app content.
What may be retained
Anonymized booking and payment records may be retained for up to seven years where required for tax, accounting, legal, security, or dispute obligations.
Active trips and wallet balances must be resolved before deletion. Contact support if the app shows a blocker.
Deletion started inside the app is immediate once checks pass. Manual requests are completed within 30 days after we verify ownership of the account.
